VP of HR
We’re partnering with a high-tech apparel company to hire a Vice President of Human Resources. The organization is well established and growing through both organic and M&A activity to increase market share. While their HR department is functional with all necessities in place, they are ready to be elevated to the next level. This will require a leader who can work with the current foundation in a tactical manner, but also serve as the backbone for strategic needs for the future. While the parent company has a diverse population globally, the Vice President-US of HR will oversee the US population consisting of about 12-15K. You will have a team of 5 direct reports and 15-20 indirect reports. This role reports to the company’s COO and will be working out of the New York office. Our client is seeking candidates with 10+ years of HR management experience. Strategic, talent management, and/or business development experience will be critical for success as the VP.
