Job Description

Reporting to the CHRO, the VP of HR – HRIS and Analytics will manage the Centre of Excellence function across HR Systems, Solutions and Analytics to ensure that continuous and sustainable improvements and/or projects to partner the HR transformation across the organisation. The VP of HRIS and Analytics will be the advisor and liaison to the wider HR and commercial business teams to design, implement and lead any HR directives and projects to support business growth, including being a champion on workforce planning, policies and employee relations.

With a strong analytical background and stakeholder influencing skills, the VP of HR – HRIS and Analytics will enhance the need and/or reliance on leveraging HR data and technology to facilitate better analysis, decision-making and /or employee engagement. It is critical to leverage on real-time data, information and technologies to facilitate and betterment of the overall HR experience and policies.

The Successful Candidate

You should have at least 15 years of HRIS and analytics experience with proven track record of deploying HR transformation programs. You are analytical and solutions oriented individual with a strong commercial acumen to integrate and customise effective strategies and solutions. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive initatives.

Location: Singapore

Compensation: $325,000 per annum, excluding bonus and benefits
