Our client is a Regional Bank that are looking to bring on board an experienced Rewards practitioner to join their Hong Kong Rewards function in a VP level role. The post-holder will be responsible for the development and launch of Reward related policies, implementation of compensation and benefits programs as well as conducting compensation surveys and analysis.
The role is broad but with a compensation focus that will see you getting involved with reviewing the Bank's Reward programs to maintain market competitiveness and to comply with local regulations so knowledge and experience of regulatory changes and how that has impacted approaches to Reward will be important. You will also lead compensation review exercises, participate in benchmarking exercise and analysis and partner closely with business HR to deliver reward solutions and policies. The post-holder will also take a lead in driving internal communications with the objective of helping staff understand the Bank's Total Reward offering.
This role reports into the Head of Rewards for Hong Kong joining a team of 4 in this COE function. Our client is interested in speaking to those with at least 10 years Rewards (C&B) experience within Banking and ideally a Reward Consultancy. You must speak Cantonese as well as English and be interested in developing your career in this specialism longer term.
