VP, Talent Acquisition
Our client, a NYC based asset management firm is seeking a VP, talent acquisition leader to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both experienced hire and campus recruitment within the asset management and financial services sectors. The successful candidate will have the privilege of overseeing all dimensions of talent acquisition, showcasing their strategic prowess while executing tactical recruitment initiatives.
A hallmark requirement for this role will be the ability to thrive amidst high-volume recruitment demands. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience managing recruitment pipelines with efficiency and precision, ensuring timely placements of exceptional talent.
A key aspect of this role is people leadership. The chosen candidate will manage a dynamic team, initially consisting of three direct reports.
The current recruitment volume encompasses approximately 25 positions. However, the role involves handling a fluctuating load of open positions ranging from 20 to 50 at any given time throughout the year. These positions span various functions, encompassing front office/investments & distribution, middle-office/operations, and back-office/technology. The roles will extend across a spectrum from Associate to Executive Vice President, with a focus on Associate to Senior Vice President placements.

This role will be based in NYC 4 days a week.
