We are currently working with a Global Hospitality Group to identify an experienced Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Leader for their APAC region - the role will be based in Hong Kong.

The incumbent will be a key member of the AP senior leadership team and report directly to the AP-CHRO. The function consists of the specialist teams located in a number of offices within the region as well as specialist teams that deploy within country.

The VP for Talent Acquisition and Management Solutions - APAC will ensure that all strategies, programs and resources are aligned to the global COE strategy, represent the needs and localization requirements of Asia Pacific, and execute Global TA and TM priorities within the region. You'll work closely with the Chiefs, Regional HR Team, VP HRs and Area/Market VPs to create local strategies and solutions on talent acquisition and talent management to address market specific challenges.

This will involve identifying and prioritizing needs, and formulating strategies for key talent acquisition life cycle including sourcing, attraction, assessment, and recruiting; whilst supporting the implementation and execution of talent acquisition strategies and programs, processes and systems to meet the talent acquisition needs of the business.

You will also have the opportunity to develop talent management strategies and solutions as well as lead the human capital planning process including talent reviews, succession planning and workforce planning; whilst ensuring performance management and associate engagement tools are effectively implemented.

Our client is interesting in speaking to candidates with at least 15 years' experience across HR, Talent Acquisition or Talent Management with specialist Talent Acquisition, Talent Management experience leading a COE. Previous experience within the hospitality/service industry or with field-based operations would be preferred. You must have APAC experience and have had prior success in the creation and implementation of talent planning, sourcing, recruitment and deployment strategies within the APAC region and have strong team management skills having managed a team across geographically dispersed locations.
