VP, Total Rewards
We are currently working on a VP, Total Rewards for a financial services firm in NYC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of compensation, HR policy, HR operations, and HR benefits on a global scale. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will ensure the smooth operation and compliance of HR policies and procedures while partnering with Finance and participating in end-of-year compensation. Your role will also involve managing employee data, onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting HR audits, and driving global HR initiatives. Additionally, you will provide strategic oversight for global HR benefits programs, evaluating and recommending changes based on regional variations and employee needs. As a leader in the HR department, you will foster collaboration, support the Director of Benefits, and provide guidance to ensure a high-performing global HR operations function. Your expertise in compensation, HR policies, and benefits will contribute to the overall success of the organization’s HR strategies and employee satisfaction. We are seeking a minimum of 10 plus years of experience in Total Rewards and HR Operations.
