A prestigious international investment business is seeking an HR Systems Manager to develop their systems strategy. Based in stunning offices in Central London, the firm have a high-performance, down-to-earth culture and offer an attractive package including a generous pension scheme. This is a full-time role, however the business are also open to the vacancy being worked as a job share.
You will oversee the daily business as usual work for Workday, administering the system, ensuring data integrity and building reports. You will also take part in project work, as the business have several modules to implement over the next few years. You will help to answer employee queries and train them in how to use Workday, and will also support on some of the firm's other HR systems.
Your previous experience of administering, configuring and testing in Workday will be heavily relied upon by the business. The role is very business-facing and you will need good relationship management and customer service skills.
