A leading, global professional services organisation is about to embark on a large-scale upgrade to it's core HRIS system. To help deliver this large transformation programme, the firm is now looking to recruit a Workday Functional Lead to join them on an initial 12 month ftc. Working closely with their inspirational Head of Operations, you will provide comprehensive functional expertise on all Workday HR modules and will assume responsibility for leading the HR Workstream Leads and SME's in delivering business process re-engineering and working with the project team in designing, developing and delivering a range of HR service offerings on Workday. Key is to ensure the business's functional requirements that need to be configured in Workday are communicated during the HR discovery, design and validation workshops. Other duties will cover: managing the HR workstreams and be an escalation point of any stream level issues, working with the project team regarding Workday integration to external HR systems, supporting the data cleaning of legacy systems, conversion and respective validation processes and coordinate the end-to-end testing of HR business processes and Workday configuration. As a result the business is keen to meet Workday professionals who have proven experience of enterprise resource planning (ERP), HCM implementation and upgrade experience, preferably within a professional service organisation.
