Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working with Workday HCM in a hands-on capacity
  • Experience implementing or supporting benefits modules (2+ implementations preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Core HCM and Absence Management modules
  • Background in supporting HR systems in a global or large-scale environment
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive data
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
