Frazer Jones is now working with a fintech organisation based in the heart of central London. We are now searching for a Workday Manager (HCM) to join this organisation on a permanent basis. This position is open to Senior Workday Specialist/Analyst on the market looking for a step up. You will have access to several modules across the system and be specialising in performance and absences for this position and add value long term to the other modules within a Workday team environment. We are keen to have candidates with a strong stakeholder facing background, great analytical skills and strong communication on advising; with the technical abilities to work with integration.

This role will initially partner with the firm’s implementation partner to support requirement gathering and design, data validation and testing during the implementation project. Post implementation you’ll be responsible for maintaining and developing the platform supported by a team of co-workers.

The implementation of Workday is just the beginning of the firm’s transformation journey. As Workday Manager you’ll drive the platform forward and work closely the People partners on developing the optimisation plan. You’ll provide dedicated proficiency in the maintenance and development of Workday. The position is hybrid working with the team being in the office 2 days a week.


  • Support the team in providing day-to-day user support, acting as a the first point of contact for user enquiries and defects raised by global users
  • Provide field expertise on the administration, functionality, maintenance, and operational effectiveness of Workday system
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define and develop system requirements and improve processes, advising on standard methodology
  • Proactively research new functionality/modules and provide recommendations on new features and/or technologies that could be used to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and user experience
  • Collaborate with wider HR team when educating around the system.
  • Provide technical content to support the development of materials to effectively train end-users on how to use the HR system


  • Previous experience in Workday on configuration and management of Workday with experience in HCM, Security and Reporting modules
  • Previous experience of mentoring a team (this is an individual contributor role)
  • Excellent HRIS and analytical skills, ability to get into the details, showing strong business acumen understanding
  • Strong planning and organising skills including the ability to manage several priorities
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, risk and changing direction of projects and strategies
  • Excellent written and oral communication
