An exciting opportunity for a Workers Compensation Injury and Claims Consultant to join this Injury and Claims Management Consultancy that provides comprehensive solutions to Clients. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assessing, planning and implementing appropriate RTW programs for injured workers. This role will involve managing injury management practices for assigned Clients, developing claims strategies to minimise worker compensation claims cost and coaching on injury management processes. You will also be responsible for delivering reports and providing information to Insurers for development of Injury Management Plans as required.
Previous experience in a similar injury / claims management role is essential. You will be a qualified RTW Coordinator with sound knowledge of workers' compensation rules and regulations. You must have strong communication and influencing skills with an ability to adapt quickly to different situations in a high volume environment.
Travel will be necessary depending on the allocated portfolio of Clients. It is therefore essential that you have a valid Victorian drivers licence and vehicle.
This is a permanent role based in the Geelong (Lara) area onsite at a Clients office.
