About our client
Our client is an international technology firm with a significant base in Singapore. They have now engaged our services to recruit a new Workforce Planning Manager for their growing team here in Singapore to contribute to the success of the business and operations in the region.
Reporting to the Workforce Planning Lead, you will be responsible to drive the workforce strategy, planning and analysis of people resources across the region. The candidate will partner closely with Finance counterparts and business stakeholders for resource planning and forecast reports to drive a high productivity culture and contribute to the success of the businesses and operations. You will develop, maintain, analyze and recommend workforce planning solutions to address skill gaps etc. You will also provide support for annual budgeting cycles, which includes analysis of staff costs budgets.
The successful applicant
It is an added advantage if you are experienced in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and you should have excellent analytical ability and be proficient with numbers. The successful candidate must have the confidence and strong communication skills to be in front of major stakeholders and influence decisions for the benefit of the company. You should have the ability to execute under tight deadlines and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
