Interim HR Business Partner
As Interim HR Business Partner, you will deliver a business partnering service to the Management Team and wider Business. You will act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers on people related issues. This is a hybrid role with typically 3 days onsite in Cheshire.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Providing advice & support to managers on all Employee Relations issues in line with Company procedures, including disciplinary, grievance & absence management issues.
- Working with the HR Transformation Lead on the operational readiness plans, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and delivery of a quality HR service.
- Collaborating with COEs and specialist teams to ensure delivery of people priorities.
- Analysis of monthly reporting on KPIs and people metrics relating to sickness absence, employee engagement diversity & inclusion – identifying opportunities as well as delivering short & long term solutions.
- Coaching/upskilling of the ER Team as well as leading on complex cases.
- Managing employee engagement and performance management activities.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility of a longer term/perm opportunity, working for a well established & growing business going thru a period of exciting change. You will have the opportunity to work with a hugely supportive team and HR Director.
To be considered for this role you will be a strong HR generalist, with excellent business partnering skills and ER as well as experience working within a change environment and with a flexible approach within a busy, evolving environment. You will be a positive, solutions focused individual with the ability to question, challenge and influence, while building positive relationships across the business.
Experience within a complex/matrix business is highly advantageous
Salary is £50-£58,000 per annum plus bens.
Hybrid working with 2/3 days onsite.
