The challenge
A leading professional services law firm needed to urgently hire two key roles: an EMEA Payroll Administrator and a UK Payroll Administrator. Both positions were based in Birmingham and required candidates who not only had the right technical expertise but also aligned with the firm’s culture. The added challenge was finding professionals available at short notice in a location where our network was less established.
The solution
We took the time to fully understand the brief and the nuances of the Birmingham market. While our core network is strongest in London, we regularly recruit across the UK and were confident in our ability to deliver.
We launched a targeted advertising campaign to attract active candidates while simultaneously tapping into our existing payroll network to identify professionals already based in or open to relocating to Birmingham.
