Her recruiting expertise coupled with her skills for assessing individual talent and business needs has made her a hugely successful HR recruiter with over 20 years of industry experience. Lara serves as a strategic partner, evaluating the needs of the firm and hiring managers. She prides herself in building lasting relationships with individuals and firms. Lara graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor of arts in letters, arts and sciences. Upon graduation, she began her career in retained search with a focus on executive level media and entertainment positions.
