Wessel worked as a relationship manager at a Dutch bank, where he started his recruitment career and built their Dutch procurement and supply chain offering. He joined Frazer Jones in 2020, where he helps our clients secure HR leaders across the Benelux region. In addition, he leads our specialist reward offering across Europe with a great team of highly motivated consultants.
