Head of Talent Acquisition – APAC

Location: Shanghai (Global HQ)

A global leader in green technology is scaling fast-and we’re building the future with people who move just as boldly. We’re seeking a high-impact Head of Talent Acquisition to architect and lead our APAC hiring strategy from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and execute regional TA strategy across APAC
• Partner with global business leaders to anticipate talent needs
• Lead executive search and senior-level hiring initiatives
• Build scalable processes for a fast-evolving organization
• Report directly to the Group Chief Talent Officer

Who You Are:

• 7-10 years in talent acquisition, with regional APAC scope
• Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills
• Executive search experience is a must
• Sharp, upbeat, and globally minded
• Preferably from heavy industry (chemical, mechanical, automation, automotive, oil & gas, water treatment)
