HR Advisor
We’re working with a global professional services firm on an opportunity to join a high-performing People & Culture team in a well-established HR Advisor role. The position offers broad exposure and hands-on experience, working closely with both local and global HR colleagues to deliver practical, people-focused support across the Pacific region. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys employee relations, stakeholder engagement, and driving meaningful people initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the business
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to leaders and employees
- Coach managers and support ER case management (e.g. performance, parental leave, grievances)
- Contribute to key HR projects including DEI, L&D, performance and pay reviews, and succession planning
- Drive engagement initiatives such as surveys and check-ins
- Support visa and immigration processes, including secondments
- Draft and issue employment offers and respond to contract or benefits queries
- Use data and analytics to support decision-making and prepare reports
What We’re Looking For
- Solid HR experience, ideally in a mid-sized corporate environment
- Strong understanding of ER and case management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Comfortable using HR systems and data to support decision-making
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially aware
- Experience in insurance or financial services is a bonus
