Talent Acquisition Coordinator
We are partnering with a leading international law firm to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, based in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the end-to-end recruitment process for experienced hires across the region.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A background in legal or professional services will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle for experienced hires, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a smooth process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and assist with reporting and compliance requirements.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and the TA team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Support additional HR administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support, ideally within professional services.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with legal industry or law firm environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
