The challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nature’s Bakery, was going through significant growth following MARS Inc.’s acquisition of its parent company, KIND. As such, they sought a VP of People with strong HR expertise in scaling multi-state organizations, particularly in corporate and food manufacturing settings. Cultural alignment was crucial, requiring a leader capable of inspiring and collaborating effectively with a humble leadership team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After a thorough briefing, we approached our network of senior leaders in food and beverages as well as the consumer, products and goods industries. Given KIND’s start-up culture post-merger, we focused on candidates from start ups and entrepreneurial backgrounds. Our search targeted individuals skilled in developing people strategies and organizational design for rapid expansion. We held weekly catch-up calls with Nature\u2019s Bakery to provide market insights, talent data, compensation updates and progress on shortlisted candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The outcome<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nature’s Bakery hired a VP of People through Frazer Jones with a strong manufacturing background spanning food and beverage, electrical and life sciences sectors. The new hire brought extensive experience across small to large-scale companies, both domestic and global, and has made a significant impact during a critical period of change, supporting the business and its people effectively.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
