The Managing Director of this purpose-driven private equity firm identified the need to recruit three HR Business Partners across its London and New York offices. The goal was to secure talent that aligned with the firm’s purpose-driven mission while meeting the unique needs of both regions.\u00a0This involved not only addressing the specific demands of both markets but also ensuring a cohesive international recruitment process.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

EQT sought to collaborate with us for our unified, cross-regional recruitment<\/a> approach. We carefully selected candidates not only for their technical expertise, but also for their backgrounds and environments that closely aligned with EQT’s culture and values. Given our ability to tap into varied talent pools in both the required regions, we identified the suitable candidates quickly and efficiently.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were able to successfully partner with EQT to deliver the ideal candidates for both London roles and the New York role.
