Currently a Director at EY, he brings deep expertise in strategic reward. He has previously worked at PwC, Automattic, HSBC and other organizations from global corporations to start-ups. Across his career he has covered the full breadth of HR, and he is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. His work has consistently focused on aligning people strategy with business transformation, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making and inclusive practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond his corporate roles, Andr\u00e9 is dedicated to governance and social impact. Currently Head of Reward, HRIS and People Analytics for the UKIME region at Dentons, she leads the development of integrated reward strategies and data-driven insights that support talent and business growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before joining Dentons, Gillian held senior reward roles at Lloyds Banking Group, where she led reward for both the Insurance, Pensions &amp; Investment division and the Embark Group. Currently Compensation Manager at ICG, he leads on compensation strategy and delivery for a global investment firm, bringing a sharp analytical lens and a strong understanding of market dynamics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining ICG, Paviter served as Global Investments Compensation Lead at OMERS, where he supported compensation planning and governance across international investment teams.
