Transitioning from a finance recruitment background, he is now taking on a new market within HR. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the permanent financial services team in London, Chad collaborates with a diverse portfolio of clients, including asset and investment management, banking, fintech, private equity and venture capital. He believes in relationship-driven recruitment, with a focus on building rapport and taking a consultative approach to sourcing the best HR talent in competitive markets.
