Prior to joining Frazer Jones, he founded and led Purple House Recruitment for 20 years, a boutique HR recruitment firm based in Bristol, specialising in mid to senior-level roles across a wide range of sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tom began his recruitment career in 1996, initially specialising in finance, before transitioning to HR recruitment in 2000.
