Reporting directly to the CHRO, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a broad array of HR generalist focuses, from recruiting and talent management to employee relations, performance processes, and overseeing administrative staff operations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This is a visible, relationship\u2011driven position where you can influence every aspect of the employee experience. You&#8217;ll partner closely with leadership, help shape people strategy, and support a strong, cohesive culture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><strong style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with the CHRO to manage and elevate all facets of HR across the organization.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead recruiting efforts, performance management cycles, and development initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational policies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee administrative support staff and ensure team performance aligns with business needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with the Payroll &amp; Benefits Coordinator on benefits programs, leave administration, and compliance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Refine HR policies, practices, and job descriptions to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with industry best practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prepare insights and reporting for senior leadership; support integration efforts for new hires.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><strong style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Required experience<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in HR or a related field-or equivalent professional experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Approximately 8+ years of experience with at least 4+ recent years of progressive HR experience within a financial or professional services firm<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Depth in employee lifecycle, specifically: onboarding, talent and performance management, recruiting, employee relations, HR projects and systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Sound judgment, a proactive mindset, and the ability to navigate nuanced employee situations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with senior leaders and staff at all levels.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Solid working knowledge of HR policy and, employment regulations, and common HR systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Professional certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM\u2011CP\/SCP) are a plus, strong MS Office experience is a must<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You&#8217;ll join an organization small enough for you to make an immediate impact, yet established enough to offer stability, structure, and a collaborative leadership team.
