Based in Leeds, this role is perfect for someone who loves blending hands-on delivery with team leadership and driving smarter, more efficient People Ops processes. You&#8217;ll shape and elevate People Operations by:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building and developing a high-performing People Operations team<\/li>\n<li>Delivering seamless HR administration across the full employee lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing payroll accuracy, compliance, and partner relationships<\/li>\n<li>Owning HR systems and driving data quality<\/li>\n<li>Leading a 12\u2011month process improvement and automation programme<\/li>\n<li>Creating People dashboards, reporting insights, and KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with UK employment law, GDPR, and audit standards<\/li>\n<li>Providing trusted, solutions-focused support to HR, Finance, and agency leaders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>You&#8217;ll Need<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrable People Operations\/HR Services leadership experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience across employment lifecycle, HRIS systems, payroll liaison, and compliance<\/li>\n<li>A passion for process excellence, automation, and technology<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in transformation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role offers a genuine chance to build, shape, and modernise People Operations, taking ownership of high-impact change during a pivotal period of transformation. You&#8217;ll work closely leaders, influencing decisions and driving smarter, more efficient ways of working.
