With global exposure to strategic reward projects the role will play a key part aligning compensation frameworks, compliance and legislation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">This position will suit a Compensation\/Reward professional with experience of compensation benchmarking and analytics, incentive design plans and job grading.
