The role will also be involved in other adhoc compensation projects. You will be supporting a headcount of c.4,000 based in the UK and Internationally.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">With experience gained within a Reward function, this position will suit someone with strong knowledge across compensation although exposure to benefits would be beneficial. This will include managing EU pay transparency projects and experience of managing at least four or five compensation cycles. Able to interpret complex data and insight, experience of working with WTW, Hay or Mercer would be an advantage alongside knowledge of job evaluation programmes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This role is based in central Leeds on a hybrid basis.
