The team is looking for a HR Analyst to join their team in NY and support a broad range of HR initiatives across the firm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11px\">Reporting to the US Head of HR, you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11px\">Support the preparation of employment-related documentation, including offer letters, employment agreements, agency contracts, and release agreements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11px\">Maintain and manage HR data across the HRIS and employee files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11px\">Assist with payroll, compensation forecasting, and benefits administration, including the implementation of new benefits initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11px\">Provide day-to-day HR support across employee relations, performance management, and learning and development activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11px\">Support global mobility processes, including relocations, visa coordination, and international employee documentation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11px\">Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and handle general HR administration and employee correspondence.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11px\">Conduct policy research and support updates to ensure alignment with employment laws and regulatory requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11px\">Key requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11px\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree with a strong academic background.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11px\">2-5 years of experience in an HR Analyst, HR Generalist, or related HR role, ideally within financial services or a similarly fast\u2011paced environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11px\">Experience supporting payroll, benefits administration, and working with HRIS platforms.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11px\">Strong Excel and data management skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11px\">High attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11px\">Proactive, analytical, and well\u2011organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11px\">If you&#8217;re a motivated and detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build broad exposure across the full HR lifecycle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11px\">If this opportunity aligns with your experience, please apply, referencing ID#\/JN -012026-289945.
