The position also has accountability for SHE related activities and will require strong knowledge of IR and UK employment law. You will be exposed and expected to lead on key programmes and projects such as the employee engagement survey, HRIS integration and change management, and providing coaching and development to senior leaders. You will also lead and manage a team of HR professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">You will have worked at senior HR level in a Head or Director role with site HR based experience within supply chain\/logistics, engineering\/manufacturing, food production, FMCG or a similar working environment.
