* Leading and supporting the design of executive remuneration strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate performance and shareholder expectations<\/p>\n
* Advising on incentive plan structures, including the selection of performance measures and modelling performance outcomes<\/p>\n
* Supporting the design and implementation of cash and equity\u2011based incentive plans, incorporating tax, accounting and governance considerations<\/p>\n
* Drafting and reviewing Directors’ Remuneration Reports and other regulatory disclosures<\/p>\n
