There will also be a focus on understanding the impact of AI on future workforce needs and establishing these principles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">You will be an experienced Strategic Workforce Management specialist who is used to working within a large, complex and regulated environment. With technical skills around SWP and analysis, data (people) analysis and insight, and understanding organisational structures and skills, you will have worked at a strategic level and have managed and led teams.
