You will play a critical role in shaping how work gets done-redefining operating models, embedding AI and automation into workforce strategy, and ensuring the organisation has the capabilities needed to compete and grow in a rapidly evolving environment.<\/p>\n<p>Working closely with the Executive Team, you will translate business strategy into scalable workforce and organisational solutions that drive performance, efficiency, and long-term value.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/h2>\n<h3>Enterprise Workforce Strategy<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and evolve a <strong>global workforce planning framework<\/strong>, aligning business strategy, financial planning, and technology transformation<\/li>\n<li>Lead <strong>multi-year workforce scenario planning<\/strong>, modelling future skills, capacity, and capability needs<\/li>\n<li>Embed <strong>AI, automation, and digital workforce assumptions<\/strong> into planning and decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Leverage workforce analytics and insight to inform executive decisions and track progress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Organizational Effectiveness &amp; Operating Model Design<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and optimise <strong>end-to-end operating models<\/strong>, including roles, decision rights, and structures<\/li>\n<li>Partner with business leaders to simplify organisations and eliminate inefficiencies<\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment between organisational design and strategic priorities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Organizational Design &amp; Work Architecture<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Shift the organisation from <strong>role-based structures to work- and skills-based models<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Lead large-scale organisational redesign initiatives linked to growth, transformation, and digital enablement<\/li>\n<li>Establish enterprise-wide standards, governance, and best practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Workforce Transformation &amp;
