This is a hands\u2011on role for someone who believes learning should be practical, visible, and embedded into everyday work &#8211; not hidden behind systems and tick\u2011boxes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">The opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">You&#8217;ll join at a pivotal moment, supporting an business with a critical role in the UK&#8217;s future. Over the next year, you&#8217;ll design and deliver learning that builds real capability, confidence and performance &#8211; from onboarding new colleagues to strengthening leadership effectiveness and compliance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Your work will help create a strong learning culture where development feels relevant, accessible and genuinely valued.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">What you&#8217;ll be doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">This role blends strategy with delivery. You&#8217;ll:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Design and deliver targeted learning that supports organisational priorities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Embed learning into day\u2011to\u2011day performance, working closely with managers and teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Support onboarding and induction so new colleagues feel confident, connected and effective quickly<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Work with senior leaders on team capability mapping and improving management and leadership skills. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Track learning completion and impact, using data and feedback to continuously improve the learner experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Make learning visible and easy to navigate, communicating opportunities clearly across the business<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Contribute to workforce capability, engagement, governance and compliance requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">You&#8217;ll partner across functions, balancing multiple priorities while keeping people &#8211; not processes &#8211; at the centre of your approach. You will be comfortable with hands on delivery and inputting into strategic learning principles and plans. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">What you&#8217;ll bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">You will be an experienced learning and development professional that has ability to deliver impact and really embed learning across a similar headcount c600 employees. Ideally you will have experience across the energy, tech or telecoms sectors. You will be able to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Think creatively about how learning can solve real business problems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Take ownership, balancing competing demands while maintaining high quality<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Be comfortable using data and insight to improve learning and experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Understand the importance of governance, compliance and stakeholder needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Communicate clearly, tailoring messages for different audiences<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Champion learning, reflection and development in practical, human ways<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Naturally engaging, curious and passionate about continuous development you will join the team at an exciting time and have the opportunity to showcase your experience and collaborate with a great team!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Location: This role can be London <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">or <\/span>Manchester based as the HR team are split across both locations.
