style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri\">Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related discipline.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri\">12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in Organization Development.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri\">Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or sustainability sectors preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri\">Excellent communication and influencing skills, proficient communications in English, Cantonese and\/or Mandarin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri\">Proven track record in organizational development, change management, Employee Engagement and leadership development.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri\">Strong business acumen and ability to translate organizational needs into actionable OD strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri\">Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR systems and data-driven
