Reporting into senior leadership, you will operate as a true HR Business Partner, playing a key role in shaping and delivering the people strategy while remaining close to day-to-day operations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This role offers a broad generalist remit, combining strategic influence with hands-on delivery across a complex, evolving business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with senior stakeholders to drive business performance through people strategy<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide expert HR advice and guidance across all areas including ER, performance, and engagement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support and influence leadership capability, coaching managers to improve performance and retention<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead on change, transformation and organisational initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee and manage complex employee relations matters in a fast-paced environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Use data and insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and practices<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\">About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We&#8217;re looking for a high-impact HR professional who combines gravitas with pragmatism<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proven experience in a senior HRBP \/ HR leadership role<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at senior level<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in high-volume, operational environments (e.g. contact centre, financial services, or similar)  <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Deep expertise across employee relations and employment law <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Track record of delivering people strategy alongside hands-on operational HR <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Confident, credible and resilient, with the ability to operate at pace<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">If you&#8217;re a commercial, forward-thinking HR leader looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and fast-moving environment, we&#8217;d love to hear from you.
