Manager – Global Talent Assessment and Operations Lead <\/strong><\/p>\n

A universally well-regarded global professional services firm is seeking an experienced and multifaceted talent assessments professional to join its early and mid-career hiring global talent acquisition operations function. This newly created role supports a senior leader responsible for multiple verticals and represents an expansion of an already sophisticated, high-performing team.<\/span><\/p>\n

The organization is widely recognized for its investment in people, technology, and the most innovative HR practices, as well as for building scalable practices that attract, assess, and develop top-tier talent across the globe.<\/span><\/p>\n

This position offers a unique opportunity to take on a global, project-led mandate within an evolving capability area. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping and advancing talent assessment strategies, with a particular focus on first evaluating current processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and testing and recommending future tools and methodologies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Assess and map existing early career talent assessment processes across regions, identifying opportunities for enhancement and greater consistency<\/span><\/p>\n

– Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making around assessment tools, hiring practices, and candidate evaluation frameworks<\/span><\/p>\n

– Lead global, cross-functional projects focused on modernizing and optimizing hiring assessments<\/span><\/p>\n

– Partner closely with senior stakeholders, including business leaders and partners, to align talent strategies with broader organizational priorities<\/span><\/p>\n

– Support the evaluation and responsible adoption of new technologies that enhance people operations and candidate experience<\/span><\/p>\n

– Contribute to the development of scalable, innovative approaches within a growing and evolving function<\/span><\/p>\n

Required Experience & Competencies <\/strong><\/p>\n

Advanced degree (master’s or PhD preferred) -Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Science or closely related field <\/span><\/p>\n

Strong foundation in talent assessment, psychometrics, or organizational research, with a passion for applying data to practical business challenges <\/span><\/p>\n

Demonstrated ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders<\/span><\/p>\n

Experience working with or evaluating technology solutions within HR or talent functions<\/span><\/p>\n

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a developing or ambiguous environment<\/span><\/p>\n

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; comfortable interacting with senior leaders<\/span><\/p>\n

Financial, technology, or professional services industry experience is preferred <\/span><\/p>\n
