You&#8217;ll be the go-to expert for all things employee relations, handling both individual and collective cases while driving best practice and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This is an opportunity to shape the ER agenda, strengthen people practices and make a visible impact in a business committed to raising the bar on HR excellence.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Be Doing<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading complex disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and PIPs<\/li>\n<li>Managing collective consultations and organisational change activity<\/li>\n<li>Supporting tribunal and ACAS cases<\/li>\n<li>Coaching and developing manager capability<\/li>\n<li>Driving ER best practice, policy development and risk management<\/li>\n<li>Managing external legal counsel where required<\/li>\n<li>Using data and insights to reduce ER issues and improve outcomes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Bring<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Employee Relations experience in a specialist or senior HR role<\/li>\n<li>Expert knowledge of UK employment law<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience handling complex ER cases end-to-end<\/li>\n<li>Confidence influencing and challenging senior stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting organisational change and consultation processes<\/li>\n<li>Employment law background desirable<\/li>\n<li>CIPD qualified or equivalent experience preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to influence culture, improve manager capability and embed a proactive, commercially focused approach to employee relations.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Ready to make an impact?
