You&#8217;ll work closely with recruiters and business support teams, delivering engaging training and helping users build confidence, capability and consistency in their day-to-day use of technology.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As Systems Trainer, you&#8217;ll be responsible for delivering training across a range of business-critical systems, with a particular focus on CRM and recruitment technology. You&#8217;ll support both new starters and experienced users, helping them maximise productivity, improve data quality and adopt best-practice workflows.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This role would suit someone who enjoys presenting, coaching and solving problems, and who thrives on seeing others succeed through effective technology adoption.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver engaging systems training to employees across multiple locations and teams<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate onboarding programmes for new hires and ongoing upskilling initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Train users on CRM best practice, workflows and data management<\/li>\n<li>Create training guides, videos, documentation and self-service learning materials<\/li>\n<li>Support users in understanding reporting, data quality and performance metrics<\/li>\n<li>Deliver training on wider recruitment tools and technologies<\/li>\n<li>Promote effective use of AI and Copilot tools to improve productivity<\/li>\n<li>Support system enhancements, updates and feature releases<\/li>\n<li>Identify recurring knowledge gaps and continuously improve training content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll bring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience delivering systems, software or CRM training<\/li>\n<li>Strong presentation and facilitation skills<\/li>\n<li>The ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way<\/li>\n<li>Experience delivering virtual and face-to-face training<\/li>\n<li>A proactive, user-focused approach<\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating engaging training materials and learning resources<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment technology environments<\/li>\n<li>LinkedIn Recruiter, SourceBreaker or similar sourcing tools<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft 365 and Copilot<\/li>\n<li>Learning management systems and e-learning platforms<\/li>\n<li>Data quality and reporting best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Join a collaborative and supportive global business<\/li>\n<li>Work with a broad range of modern recruitment technologies<\/li>\n<li>Play a visible role in driving technology adoption and business performance<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid working environment<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing professional development opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to help shape how AI and technology are used across the organisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please get in touch.
