This role suits someone ready to step up, who is comfortable operating at pace, influencing senior stakeholders, and taking a pragmatic, hands-on approach.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with leaders on performance, capability, organisation, and culture<\/li>\n<li>Translate business priorities into effective people plans<\/li>\n<li>Lead workforce planning to ensure the right capability and talent<\/li>\n<li>Provide commercial HR guidance and challenge decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Coach and develop leadership capability<\/li>\n<li>Drive core people processes including talent, performance, and reward<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and performance discussions<\/li>\n<li>Use data and insight to identify trends and improve outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Support leaders with complex people matters<\/li>\n<li>Deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your likely to be an experienced Senior HR Advisor\/HRBP.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent employee relations skills (end to end)<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills<\/li>\n<li>Engaging, pragmatic, and solutions-focused<\/li>\n<li>Commercially aware with a data-driven approach<\/li>\n<li>Experience of projects and strategic input<\/li>\n<li>Proactive with a growth mindset<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a growing or changing environment is desirable<\/li>\n<li>CIPD qualified or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This is a high-visibility role in a business that is growing and investing in its people function.
