A rapidly scaling, founder-led recruitment business is seeking a Head of Learning & Development to build and lead its next-generation L&D function.<\/p>\n

This international staffing firm is entering an exciting phase of expansion across the US. As a result, they are investing heavily in Learning & Development and hiring a senior leader to design, implement, and elevate their global L&D strategy.<\/p>\n

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of an L&D function at a pivotal stage of growth, partnering closely with the Global Head of People, senior US leadership, and executive stakeholders to create world-class development programs that directly impact business performance.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

What You’ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2705 Design and execute the company’s end-to-end L&D strategy<\/p>\n

\u2705 Build and deliver leadership, sales, management and early careers development programs<\/p>\n

\u2705 Review, modernize and enhance existing training content while creating new best-in-class learning initiatives<\/p>\n

\u2705 Lead delivery of key training academies and onboarding programs<\/p>\n

\u2705 Partner with senior leadership to identify capability gaps and drive performance improvement<\/p>\n

\u2705 Develop scalable frameworks, tools and learning pathways to support future growth<\/p>\n

\u2705 Shape the long-term vision for L&D, including future team expansion and capability build-out<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
