As they continue a wider transformation of their people function, they are looking for an Interim HR Operations Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations, strengthen service delivery and drive process improvement across the UK workforce.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The Role<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll manage the output of a small HR Operations team and ensure the delivery of a high-quality, compliant and customer-focused HR service.
