Typical projects include salary review delivery, pay band implementation, living wage modelling, benchmarking, salary survey submissions and the rollout of new benefits.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;font-size: 10pt\">This role blends analytical depth with stakeholder engagement. A key part of the remit is translating reward data and modelling into clear, practical insight &#8211; helping non\u2011reward specialists understand pay decisions, frameworks and outcomes. It&#8217;s a broad, development\u2011focused role designed to stretch both technical capability and commercial judgement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: black;font-size: 10pt\">Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partnering closely with People Business Partners on reward activity, including salary review delivery, pay band implementation and reward governance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Managing and delivering salary review and annual bonus processes, including modelling scenarios and supporting decision\u2011making<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Building models to estimate living wage and pay\u2011related impacts, clearly articulating cost and people implications<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conducting role benchmarking and supporting the development and maintenance of pay bands and structures<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Managing salary survey and benefits submissions to external providers, ensuring high data quality and consistency<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Supporting the implementation of new or enhanced benefits, working with brokers, providers and internal stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Analysing market and internal data to assess competitiveness and inform reward recommendations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Acting as a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact for pay and benefits queries, explaining reward concepts clearly to non\u2011experts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Producing reward analysis and reporting across pay, benefits and headcount metrics<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monitoring legislative developments across reward (e.g. living wage, gender pay reporting, pensions) and escalating implications as appropriate<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Supporting wider reward and group\u2011level projects alongside the Head of Compensation &amp; Benefits<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Line managing, alongside the Head of Compensation &amp; Benefits, an Administrator and two Junior Reward Analysts &#8211; providing early exposure to people management and coaching<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Contributing to broader People and cross\u2011functional projects as required<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: black;font-size: 10pt\">The ideal candidate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;font-size: 10pt\">This role is well suited to someone ready to step up.
