Our client, a highly respected and diversified financial services firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader for its growing Investments business. This role will play a critical part in the firm’s continued evolution and partner directly with senior business leaders, including the Head of Asset Management, to help shape the future of a rapidly expanding investment platform. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

As a result, this role offers the unique opportunity to operate as a true strategic partner, helping to build talent capabilities across the organization while influencing leadership hiring decisions at the highest levels. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Required experience includes:<\/span><\/p>\n

~15 years or more of relevant talent acquisition experience in financial services organizations, as well as people management <\/span><\/p>\n

~Proven track record of driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives, and heavy leadership and advisory and partnership<\/span><\/p>\n

In this role, you will: <\/em><\/p>\n

* Serve as the senior Talent Acquisition advisor to the Investments business. <\/span><\/p>\n

* Partner closely with the Head of Asset Management and Investment COO on workforce strategy, organizational priorities, and critical hiring needs. <\/span><\/p>\n

* Lead select executive and senior leadership searches while overseeing a team responsible for 100+ experienced-hire placements annually. <\/span><\/p>\n

* Develop talent strategies across asset management, fixed income, wealth management, private markets, and institutional investment businesses. <\/span><\/p>\n

* Lead, coach, and develop a team of three recruiting professionals. <\/span><\/p>\n

* Drive strategic initiatives spanning executive search, employer branding, workforce planning, recruiting technology, and AI-enabled talent acquisition.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The leadership team is seeking a new member who can operate as a true influencer and business partner. Their ideal profile is an individual who developed a deep understanding of the investments landscape, whether through asset management, private equity, private credit, capital markets, or wealth management, before moving into progressively senior talent acquisition and recruiting leadership roles. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
