As they scale and continue to grow they are looking for a part-time HR Business Partner or HR Manager on a 12 month FTC  to join the team in a newly created role to work directly with the senior leadership team in shaping the people strategy and building a strong HR global foundation. They are a people driven organisation who are forward thinking and collaborative and this is real opportunity to make a meaningful impact and create a positive, values driven culture.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong> About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for an experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner to join our clients London team on a part\u2011time basis (2 or 3 days a week) for a 12 month FTC. This is both a strategic and hands\u2011on position, ideal for someone who enjoys operating with autonomy while providing expert guidance to leaders and managers. You&#8217;ll be the senior HR voice in the business, driving people strategy, supporting leaders, and ensuring they remain compliant, consistent, and well\u2011equipped to attract and retain talented people.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with senior leadership on people strategy, workforce planning and organisational design, identifying HR needs and implementing solutions<\/li>\n<li>Provide expert advice on performance, conduct, capability, and wellbeing matters.<\/li>\n<li>Coach managers to build confidence and consistency in people management.<\/li>\n<li>Lead on complex ER cases<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Talent Acquisition on streamlined, effective hiring processes.<\/li>\n<li>Lead contract creation, induction planning and probation processes.<\/li>\n<li>Support talent and succession planning to enable strong team growth.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain HR policies, processes, and compliance documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee payroll inputs and liaise with external providers.<\/li>\n<li>Shape and support performance management processes as well as identifying any L&amp;D opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Support engagement, wellbeing and internal communications initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Help embed company values into day\u2011to\u2011day behaviours and people processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for a confident, senior HR generalist who can balance strategic leadership with hands\u2011on delivery. You&#8217;ll be someone who thrives in fast\u2011paced, high\u2011growth environments and bring sound judgement, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
