This role offers the chance to work within a specialist, internationally recognised legal practice, supporting a wide range of business services and legal professionals while contributing to a busy and collaborative HR function.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The salary being offered is up to \u00a375,000<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Joining a close-knit and supportive HR team, you will take ownership of a broad generalist remit encompassing employee relations, recruitment, payroll, benefits, performance management and HR operations. This is a varied and hands-on role that would suit a proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional services environment and partnering with stakeholders across the business.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acting as the first point of contact for HR matters across a range of business services functions.<\/li>\n<li>Providing expert guidance on employee relations issues, including absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance cases, flexible working requests and employee exits.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting senior stakeholders with people-related matters and workforce planning.<\/li>\n<li>Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job briefing through to offer management and onboarding.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting graduate recruitment programmes and talent initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing monthly payroll administration and benefits management.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating annual salary and bonus review processes.<\/li>\n<li>Producing HR reports and analysing workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Managing HR systems and driving process enhancements.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting sponsorship and immigration processes, ensuring ongoing compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing onboarding, induction and leaver processes.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting DE&amp;I, wellbeing, training and wider people initiatives across the firm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are keen to speak with HR professionals who can demonstrate:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a broad HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role.<\/li>\n<li>Strong employment law knowledge and experience managing a range of employee relations matters.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working within a legal, partnership or professional services environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of payroll, HR systems and people reporting.<\/li>\n<li>A flexible, proactive and collaborative approach.<\/li>\n<li>High levels of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Package<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package, including:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>25 days&#8217;
