This newly created role will support the full employee lifecycle while driving HR operations, talent initiatives, and employee engagement across a growing business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence employee experience, strengthen HR processes, and support business growth. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Serving as the dedicated HR partner for the US business<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Managing payroll, benefits administration, HR compliance, and employee records<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Advising leaders on people matters and HR best practices<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Driving performance review, compensation, and talent management processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Partnering with global HR teams to implement programs and ensure policy consistency<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Supporting learning, leadership development, and employee development initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Delivering HR reporting, process improvements, and a best-in-class employee experience<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Key requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">HR professional with 5-8 years of generalist experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Experience within financial services or a professional services environment is preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Confident, proactive self-starter who thrives in a standalone role<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Trusted advisor with strong judgment and common sense<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Strong relationship builder who can influence at all levels<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Detail-oriented professional with a hands-on approach<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Collaborative team player who isn&#8217;t afraid to share ideas and challenge constructively<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">As a specialist HR &amp; Reward search and recruitment firm, we&#8217;re excited to partner with a growing global organization that values collaboration, development, and long-term careers.
