Working across a diverse range of functions, they will play a key role in supporting business growth, developing future capability, and creating an exceptional colleague experience.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This is an opportunity to join a business with real pace, energy, and ambition. The successful candidate will be highly visible across the organisation, partnering with influential stakeholders and contributing to strategic decisions that directly impact business success.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with senior leaders to understand commercial objectives, workforce priorities and future capability requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice and coaching across a broad range of people matters.<\/li>\n<li>Drive workforce planning, organisational design and succession planning initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Support leaders in building high-performing, engaged and inclusive teams.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and advise on complex employee relations matters, balancing business needs with best practice and employment legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Use people data and insights to influence decision-making and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Support business transformation, change initiatives and the embedding of new ways of working.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with wider HR teams to deliver a consistent and impactful people agenda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Ideal Candidate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The business is keen to speak with HR professionals who have experience in fast-moving, customer-centric organisations and are comfortable operating in environments where priorities evolve quickly and stakeholder engagement is critical.<\/p>\n<p>They will bring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent role.<\/li>\n<li>A strong background within hospitality, leisure, travel, entertainment, consumer services or another fast-paced consumer environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to align people strategies to business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively at senior levels.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise across employee relations, talent management, organisational development, engagement and change.<\/li>\n<li>A proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to build credibility quickly and foster strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The role is <strong>fully site-based, five days per week<\/strong>, providing exceptional exposure to senior stakeholders, the wider operation and the day-to-day energy of the business.
