You&#8217;ll act as the senior HR voice across the organisation, working closely with the leadership team, trustees and managers to ensure a people-first, compliant and values-driven approach.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference within a purpose-led organisation serving local communities, while leading key people initiatives and supporting a committed workforce.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As Interim HR Manager, you will:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide strategic HR leadership and advice to the CEO and Executive Team<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead and develop a small HR team, ensuring a high-quality people service<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee all HR operations including employee relations, performance management and recruitment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Represent the organisation at Board and Committee meetings on all people-related matters<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead organisational HR projects, including policy reviews, change programmes and process improvements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Drive delivery of a people accreditation frameworks and associated action plans<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Champion equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives, embedding inclusive practice across the organisation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR best practice and data protection requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\">About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You&#8217;re an experienced HR professional who has worked in a small to medium sized business c100 employs with sole ownership of the HR offering. You will be comfortable shaping people strategy, supporting senior leaders and managing complex employee relations matters. You bring credibility, sound judgement and a collaborative approach, with a passion for building inclusive, high-performing cultures.
