Reporting directly to the Global HR Director, this is a highly visible role with responsibility for supporting global people operations, maintaining key HR systems, and coordinating a range of people-focused projects and initiatives across multiple regions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on HR operations with systems management, project coordination and continuous improvement. Experience with <strong>HiBob is essential<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Global People Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes and offboarding.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across all people systems.<\/li>\n<li>Support the delivery of global people processes and annual HR cycles.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on people processes and systems queries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HR Systems &amp; Data Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a key administrator and super-user of <strong>HiBob<\/strong>, ensuring the system is accurate, efficient and user-friendly.<\/li>\n<li>Manage workflows, reporting, permissions and employee data within the HRIS.<\/li>\n<li>Produce people metrics, reports and insights to support business decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve automation, self-service functionality and operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Project &amp; Coordination Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate global people projects, ensuring actions, timelines and deliverables are effectively managed.<\/li>\n<li>Work with stakeholders across the business to track progress and drive project outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Support the rollout of new processes, initiatives and system enhancements.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate changes effectively and help embed new ways of working across the organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Continuous Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and improve existing people processes, policies and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Support change management activities related to systems, processes and organisational initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to building scalable, efficient and employee-focused people operations practices globally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for an organised and proactive HR professional who enjoys both operational delivery and project coordination.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll bring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a People Operations, HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strong experience using HiBob (essential).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting global or multi-country employee populations.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and confidence working with HR data.<\/li>\n<li>Experience producing reports and analysing people data.<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to drive positive change.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to explain systems and process changes clearly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Join?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and growing consulting business where you will have genuine influence over how people operations are delivered globally.
